“Educating the mind without educating the heart is no education at all” Aristotle. We are in the modern world, Globalization has affected the education system of today. There is a paradigm shift in education. The traditional classroom teaching has been replaced with modern technological tools, to make education effective and result oriented. The emphasis from exclusive intellectual formation has shifted to overall development of the student. Keeping this point in mind, we here at Milagres Educational Institution, try to integrate the formation of mind and heart, to make our students world class citizens.

Milagres has a history of Education. It was in the year 1848 the Institution came into existence. Since then in the last 166 years continuously, the work is carried on by eminent teacher and Educationists. We are happy to note as on date we have Pre- primary, Primary, High School, Pre- University College and full fledged Degree College. The Campus has a total of 3044 students, 87 teaching faculty and 37 nonteaching members toiling hard to shape the destiny of the future citizens of our country.

We are happy to announce that Milagres High School Celebrates its “Diamond Jubilee” year of its existence. During this year, the Institution has planned various academic and cultural programmes. It is the desire of the Institution to rope in the esteemed Alumni of the School. We are proud to note and hear that Alumni of our School are doing extremely well in various profession. We have Educationists, Businessmen, Contractors, Doctors, Engineers, and Lawyers etc. We feel proud to have such elder brothers as Milagrians. While we congratulate them on their achievements in life, we count on their support and goodwill towards all the projects undertaken by the “Diamond Jubilee Celebration of High School”. We look forward to meet our esteemed Alumni in the days to come. Let us join together and build a strong “ Milagrian” family .
